Late fee- If you are over 15 minutes late at drop off or pick up, you will be charged a $15 late fee. If you are over 15 minutes late up to 4 times whether at drop off or pick up, you will be dropped as a client.
*if you refuse to pay these fees you will not be allowed back.
Cancellation fee- (unless there is an emergency) If you cancel for daycare with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $20.
If you cancel for boarding with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $45.
If you cancel for training with less than 24 hour notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.

I still have boarding and training dogs throughout the weekends but sundays are dedicated to deep clean the kennel which means No pick up or drop offs!!

AM: 7:30-9:00
PM: 3:00-5:30
